We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below for membership fees and event tickets:

Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a refund is warranted due to an extenuating circumstance, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of payment for consideration.

Event Tickets

Refund requests for event tickets must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date. Requests made after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a cancellation or significant change to the event, full refunds will be issued automatically.
